    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to helping you get crystal clear on what you want. We will spend time connecting to your core beliefs + values, assessing your current lifestyle habits, your mindset, and the challenges you face; before creating a structured plan that will help you reach your goals faster and more effectively.

    I will create a safe ‘thinking’ environment where you will have the opportunity to explore your own mind; you will be encouraged to go deep. Your current thought structures will be challenged, and we will explore alternative solutions to the obstacles you face. We will uncover subconscious thought patterns + behaviours, and address them. You will learn & understand the impact your thoughts are having on your behaviour., and ultimately your results.

  • Integrative

    To perform at our best, we need to optimise mind, body + soul. I will introduce you to a variety of coaching tools + wellness practices which will help you turn knowledge into action.

    Additionally, we will repurpose everything you learn in session as a tool you can use in real-time.

Our mind is our most powerful asset; how we think, what we believe, and what we focus on - determines how we feel, how we behave, and ultimately the outcomes we get. The more we understand that our mind impacts everything that we do, the easier it is for us to start to develop strategies to use our mind as a tool to increase performance and life fulfilment.

A lot of the work we do in our early sessions is around helping you to create an awareness of your internal narratives, subconscious beliefs, and conditioned behaviours. We will examine where they come from, whether they are true, and if they serve you.

I use a combination of techniques from mindfulness, behavioural science, and neuroscience to firstly highlight where the work needs to be done, and then provide the tools to help you integrate the insights from our sessions into your daily life.

is coaching suitable for me?

I believe everybody should have a coach. If you are interested in understanding your mind better, becoming more conscious around your thoughts + emotions and how they impact your behaviour, then coaching is for you. If you are someone who is looking to take their life to the next level, optimise their mind and body, and improve their performance in work and in life - you are in the right place.

where will the sessions take place?

I have two London locations; a Soho House, Shoreditch or Kew Gardens, Richmond. For international and non-London clients, I offer virtual sessions via zoom.

How much does it cost?

I have different packages depending on the length and cadence of the sessions. Current packages start from £850 p/month, discounts for paying 6 months up front.

what should i expect to get out of it?

Crystal clear clarity around what you want from both a professional and personal perspective, a laser focus around how you are going to get it, and a better understanding of your mind. Access to coaching tools and frameworks that will help you to build new habits, increase your energy, and show you how to manage your mental & emotional states more effectively.

how long will i need coaching for?

This is very dependant on the client - what your goals are, and what unique challenges you are facing. I like to work with people over 6-12 months for optimum results. However, I do have a 3 month option for those looking to commit shorter term.
